In a situation where demand has caused a shortage of a particular item, I will replace it with an item of equal or greater value at no additional cost.

Shipping

• Baskets -N- Beyond does not recommend shipping gift baskets containing chocolate products during summer months (June 1st - Sept. 1st).
• It is not possible to change, cancel or modify an address or shipping method once an item has been shipped. S&H charges will not be refunded for returned packages.
• I will ship to all 50 states; however, I cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO-FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.
